At www.vista-intl.com, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund on all products returned to us within 30 days of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions below.
Eligibility for Refund:
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received. Any product that has been used, damaged, or is not in its original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
Process for Refund:
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@vista-intl.com within 5 days of receiving your product. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product. The return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend that you use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria for a refund, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be processed in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
Exceptions: The following products are not eligible for a refund:
- Digital products such as gift cards and e-books
- Perishable items such as food and flowers
- Personalized or customized products
- Products marked as final sale
Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at Support@vista-intl.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel the order before it is shipped, but once it has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you will need to initiate the return process as described above.

- Your item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Personalized items or products marked as “No exchange or return” are not eligible for returns.
- Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Include the RAN with your return package, along with a copy of the original packing slip.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your return package, as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit.
- Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 8-12working days after we receive the returned item(s).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 2 business days of delivery, and we will provide you with a replacement or refund.
- We may require photo evidence of the damaged or defective item(s) to process your return.
- Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item(s) and place a new order on our website.
- International Returns:
- International returns are subject to the same eligibility requirements and return process as outlined above.
- We are not responsible for any additional fees, such as customs or duties, incurred during the return process.
